Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all workshops, courses, consultations and digital products offered by Janani Garbhsanskar, Solapur (“we”, “us”, “our”) through workshop.jananigarbhsanskar.com.

1. Registration and Payment

Your seat is confirmed only after full payment is received and a confirmation is sent to your email or WhatsApp number.
Seats are limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellation by Participant

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to Jananigarbhsanskar@gmail.com or WhatsApp 8378809663, with your name, registered mobile number and payment reference.

In place of a refund, a one-time transfer of your registration to a future batch may be offered, subject to availability.

3. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us

If we cancel or reschedule a workshop for any reason (including low enrolment, facilitator unavailability or unforeseen events), you may choose either:

A 100% refund of the amount paid, or
A transfer to the next available batch at no extra cost.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Digital products, recorded sessions, e-books, audio and printed materials once access has been delivered or dispatched.
Fees for one-to-one consultations that have already been held.
Third-party charges such as payment gateway fees, where applicable.
Absence, late arrival or early exit from a workshop by the participant.

5. Refund Process

We will review your request within 7 working days.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to credit the amount.
If money was debited but registration failed, or you were charged twice, please write to us with the transaction details. Such amounts are refunded within 5–7 working days after verification.

6. Disputes

We aim to settle all refund-related concerns through discussion. Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction clause in our Terms of Service.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your registration applies to your booking.
