By accessing workshop.jananigarbhsanskar.com or registering for any workshop, course or service of Janani Garbhsanskar, Solapur, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Our Services

We offer Garbhsanskar workshops, courses, consultations and related educational content for expecting and aspiring parents, in online and/or in-person formats. Program details, dates, fees and language are as stated on the website at the time of registration.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or register through a parent or guardian, and provide accurate information while registering.

3. Registration and Fees

  • All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are stated on the registration page [inclusive/exclusive] of applicable taxes.
  • Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways, and their terms also apply. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Educational Purpose and Medical Disclaimer

  • Garbhsanskar content is provided for education, wellness and awareness. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
  • Always consult your gynaecologist or qualified healthcare provider about your pregnancy, diet, medication and exercise.
  • We do not guarantee any particular result for you or your baby, including health, intelligence, temperament or gender. We do not offer or promote sex determination or selection of any kind.
  • Practices such as yoga, pranayama or diet suggestions should be followed only with your doctor’s approval.

5. Participant Conduct

You agree to be respectful, not disrupt sessions, not misuse the website, and not share login or joining links with others.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, audio, presentations, notes, text, logos and graphics, belongs to Janani Garbhsanskar or its licensors. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Recording, copying, reselling, sharing or publishing any material without written permission is prohibited.

7. Recording and Media

Sessions may be recorded for training or quality purposes. We will not publish identifiable images, testimonials or recordings of participants without their consent.

8. Online Sessions and Technical Issues

We take reasonable care to run online sessions smoothly, but are not liable for interruptions caused by internet failure, platform outages or other causes beyond our control. We may reschedule sessions and will inform you in advance.

9. Changes to Programs

We may change a facilitator, venue, schedule or format when necessary, and will inform registered participants.

10. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, for misuse, fraud, violation of these Terms or unlawful conduct.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website or participation in our programs. Our total liability shall not exceed the fee you paid for the specific program.

12. Third-Party Services

Payment gateways, meeting platforms and messaging apps are operated by third parties, and we are not responsible for their services or policies.

13. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be addressed through mutual discussion; if unresolved, the courts at Solapur, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
